Princess Story Part 4

Ariel and Jasmine ate their steaming hot pizza as they contemplated the possible places to buy invitations from.

“Hey!” cried Ariel. “What about Mad Letters?” she asked Jasmine.

“What’s Mad Letters?” Jasmine asked.

“Just about the best stationary shop in town. It’s run by this crazy old man though. He calls himself ‘The Mad Hatter’ and he always has these really interesting hats on,” said Ariel waving her hands around her head.

“That sounds interesting. I wonder if he could make some invitations for Snow’s birthday. Let’s go take a look.” Jasmine said wiping her mouth.

Jasmine and Ariel arrived at the stationary shop and went through the door.

“How do you do?” called an old man swinging a cup of tea around.

“Good, we came here to ask about some stationary.” Replied Jasmine dodging some splatters of tea.

“What kind of stationary?” asked the man.

“Birthday invitations,” replied Ariel.

“Is it an UN-birthday, I love UN-birthdays!” said the man jovially.

“Um, not exactly, we are throwing our friend, Snow White, a birthday party and we invitations sent out,” said Jasmine.

“Too bad, I just love UN-birthdays. Cup of tea?” he asked as he poured some cups for the girls.

“Sure!” replied Ariel taking a cup.

“We need invitations about a birthday party for Snow White for next Friday. Here is our list of people that the invitations need sent to.” Said Jasmine handing the man a list of people.

“Fantastic! I will get right on it. It is going to be $50.” He said looking over the list.

“Okay, here’s your money,” said Jasmine handing the man a fifty dollar bill.

Ariel and Jasmine left the shop. Ariel had to get back to her own store so she gave Jasmine a hug and walked down the street to her store.

Jasmine texted Belle “Invitations good to go. Now what?”

Princess Story Part 3

Jasmine read the text from Belle. “Awesome!” she said aloud. “Now I just need to find some decorations. I wonder if Ariel would have any in her shop.” Jasmine grabbed her purse and headed out to talk to her other friend, Ariel.

Jasmine arrived at Ariel’s shop just before Ariel closed for lunch. “Hello Ariel!” said Jasmine as she waved through the window. Ariel rushed out and hugged Jasmine.

“It’s so good to see you! I was just about to close for lunch. What are you doing?” asked Ariel.

“I’m looking for decorations for Snow White’s birthday party and I thought of you and your shop. We already rented a boat and I just need to get some decorations. Did you happen to have anything?” asked Jasmine

“Yes, what great timing! I have some pink balloons and some fun hula skirts. I think that it would be super fun to use those and I just got a huge box of flamingos! Wouldn’t that be fun?” asked Ariel excitedly.

“Awesome! That sounds great! Now I just need to find someone who can make invitations,” said Jasmine. “Will you be able to come to the party?” she asked Ariel.

“Absolutely! I love a good party! What day?” Ariel replied.

“Friday, we’ll see you there!” said Jasmine.

Jasmine and Ariel then went out to eat some pizza and figure out who could help them with the invitations.

Princess Story Part 2

Belle clicked the “end call” button and wondered where she could get a boat from.

“Hmmmm…..I wonder if the pirates would be willing to let us rent their boat for a day.” Belle decided that it was time to make a call and ask the Pirates if they would be willing to let the princesses rent their boat for a day. She picked up her phone and dialed 1-NEED-PIRATES, the local hotline for all things pirate.

“Arrrrgg,” answered a voice on the other end. “Pirate hotline for all things pirate!”

“Hello,” replied Belle. “I am looking to rent a boat for a party.”

“Arrrr-you going to need a pirate capture?” answered the voice on the other end.

“No, we are planning a birthday party but some catering would be nice if that’s a service you offer,” asked Belle politely.

“We Arrrgh a full hosting service and we do off-Aaargh catering as well,” replied the pirate on the other end of the phone.

“Great!” replied Belle. “We would like some princesses-type food with some fruit.”

“Would you like some cupcakes too?” asked the Pirate taking her order.

“Sure, that would be awesome!” replied Belle. That would take care of finding a cake. “We would like to rent this for next Friday.”

“Arrrrgh-right, I will put you on the schedule. Please meet us on the dock at 8:30 am on that day” replied the Pirate.

“Thanks!” replied Belle

“Have aarrgh great day!” replied the pirate as he hung up.

Belle texted Jasmine “Just booked the boat and they will make cupcakes for us! What else do you need?” and waited for Jasmine to reply.
