Finals Week

Okay, okay, so I haven't posted in ....forever! Sorry, sorry, a million times sorry. I just needed a break and unfortunately school has just been crazy so I haven't even had a lot of time to post anything new.

Here's my "sad puppy" face. Will you forgive me?

Sadly, there are about three weeks of school left but I PROMISE (!!!) to post afterwards. I've gotta get through this semester otherwise, what's the point of going to school? Lots of love! I haven't forgotten you! Keep checking back, almost to 2,000 page views! Thanks everyone!

Hi everyone. I hope you haven't forgotten me! I am sorry but I have been really busy lately and to be completely honest I simply haven't felt like posting anything.

I should have a few pictures of projects coming up soon. I am also going to be having a giveaway, as soon as I can figure out a program. Thanks for continuing to read this blog.

I have a lot on my plate at the moment so keep checking back, and I'm sorry that posts are so infrequent.

Hello again!

Hi everybody! I hope that you enjoyed your President's Day! I am so very sorry that I haven't posted in forever! I have been really busy and I got sick AGAIN so I just haven't felt up to posting, nor have I had the time. But, I had a moment today, so I figured that I had better post something before you thought that I had died or something! ;) Just kidding! Perish the thought! (Ha-ha)

On the flip side, I have been stuffing my brain with information, which I hope someday will be useful. (Again, just kidding!) Ummmm....nothing too exciting as far as crafts have gone. I haven't really had time to make anything but I would like to share an exciting website that I found. It is called Sewing Loft! An amazing website! I bought a pattern one of their (free) patterns on Craftsy and I got an email from them that got my interest so I decided to check them out. I am so glad that I did because they have some really awesome stuff. Today the posted a list of things to do with fat quarters is very unique and extensive. I am now really inspired, not to mention that my "list of a million projects" about doubled! That should tell you how amazing they are!

Also, be looking forward to a GIVEAWAY! I am going to be giving away a set of my owl felt clippies soon so keep posted.

Update for school: I am learning some really neat stuff in my Educational Technology class about technical things that I can include in my future classroom. They have some really good suggestions in my textbook and I am learning about some awesome stuff. We even watched a TED talk that I have really been processing for the last couple of weeks. This is the link to an article about it with an included link to the video. Seriously inspiring and I can't get it out of my head!

My math class is actually clicking along quite well. I wasn't sure about it when I started, simply from the fact that I'm not good at math, but I am doing fine.

Band class is AWESOME! I am so very excited to be back in band again! It is so much fun! We could still use some more drummers! FYI! (Hint, hint or wink, wink!) ;)

I am hoping that I can post some more interesting crafty type posts but I am not sure how soon that's going to be because, as you can see, I do have a lot on my plate.

The Great American Vacation (Post #10)

Welcome to another week on Dynamic Crumbs. We are getting close to the finish of this series!

One of the places that I heard was fun to visit was called "The Cosmos Mystery Area".

The mystery house was built on a hill and it is an optical illusion. If you pour water out it goes up and if you put down a ball it rolls up! It was pretty cool so I decided to share some pictures with you!

This is my sister, Emily, in the corner but she could hold her arms out in front of her and still stand up straight!

These are my grandparents. The house made my grandma really dizzy and she almost got sick but it was still fun.

Now on to Mt. Rushmore! We only went there one night because it is pretty neat in the day and in the night so we went early enough to see it in both. They had a nice presentation because it was the 100th anniversary of the Civil War but it isn't as big as it looks. I think that is because you're so far away from it so everyone who take a picture zooms in. But it was still neat to see what man could do with rock.

Fortunately, I got a few pictures of it but just as we were finishing up my camera died and I didn't have an extra battery but everybody else had their camera too so I don't think we ended up missing anything. Anyways, it was a lot of fun!
